Overall, I think your coffee is excellent, but I have to be honest. The labeling on the bag says medium roast, but this coffee when shipped to me was actually medium dark roast. All the telltale signs.The smoky roasted smell when you opened the bag and then obviously the darker beans was a tell tale giveaway.
